Those not yet ready to move beyond self-sabotage and victim identity patterns.
If you're not ready to go deep, show up consistently, and take personal responsibility for your healing journey, this may not be the right time.
This course is not a replacement for psychiatric care, clinical therapy, or medical treatment. Energy work can bring up 'things' so you may require additional outside support.
It is not suitable for women with active psychosis, those currently on antipsychotic medication, or anyone who has been recently hospitalized, sectioned, or diagnosed with severe mental health disorders.
This is not appropriate for women in acute crisis or those with untreated, complex sexual or abuse trauma who have not yet engaged in foundational healing work.
