Sessions are held remotely via Zoom and begin with aligned intention setting. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as Zari works intuitively in your energy field — clearing the aura, harmonising the chakras, releasing imprints, and transmitting light and energy frequencies your soul is ready to receive. Each session is unique to what your soul and energy need to recalibrate and realign in that moment.
