The Himalayan Meditation Initiation is held in-person (over 4-days) and combines teaching, practice and direct experience, creating a powerful collective field to support deeper states of awareness and expansion.

Through an ancient daily 25-minute practice, you will stabilise the mind, regulate the nervous system and access deeper states of stillness, clarity, inner awareness and transcendence.
