At 20, my search for truth and healing took me across the world. I spent decades with masters, sages, therapist, and healers—journeying through jungles, caves, ashrams, mountains, and temples in search of my soul’s medicine and Truth. And i was ready to die to do it.

My path led me through kundalini rising, sexual trauma healing, and profound spiritual initiations I never saw coming. I immersed myself in Yogic, Taoist, and Buddhist wisdom—along with shamanism, tantra, yoga, energetic practices, and deep raw emotional healing.

I wasn’t chasing certifications—I was discovering liberation.
I sought out 'real' solutions to suffering, and I gave everything to find them-my then home, job, relationship, and everything that once defined “security.” I followed the soul’s call to return home—a journey of faith, courage, devotion, and a deep commitment to walk the path into the unknown, alone. What once felt impossible became a profound self-transformation. It was a radical rebirth— a whole new reality emerged.

Blessed to have lived, learned, and served in India, Balearics, Bali, Brazil, Thailand, Bhutan and England—each land has shaped my soul and deepened my devotion.

I trained in yoga at the source—in India’s Shivalik Himalayas, known as the dreadlocks of Shiva. Rooted in Vedic, Tantric, Taoist, and Shamanic traditions, my work now weaves together priceless experience and a unique fusion of Kundalini & Kriya Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, holistic therapies (incl hypnotherapy NLP, EFT) TRE Trauma Healing and energy healing and more into a ceremonial path of transformation and true Self-remembrance.

My focus is at the root cause of our issues—not the symptom—because at the core of all life, and all suffering, is energy and consciousness.

What I share isn’t theory—it’s lived embodied experience.
I have walked through the fires of deep trauma and forged by the alchemy of Kundalini-seeing that pain can also become a portal—into divine love, self-realisation, peace and soul evolution.

The dharma that now moves through, is a soul mission—to guide women and men in transforming sexual trauma into awakened consciousness, reclaiming their power, and returning home to wholeness. This is absolutely possible!

These practices I share are sacred and alive—passed down by my masters and experiential learning, refined through years of devotion and personal and spiritual purification. I offer 'no-thing' ultimately, everything is a surrender and offering to the Divine. It is only grace that can awaken and heal anyone.
